Lutheran Church Of Uganda (LCU) cherishes the following values;

1. Honour God in life and deeds.
2. Believes in the authenticity of the Holy Scripture of the sixty-six (66) books of the Old and New Testaments.
3. Believes in the Salvation of mankind by Grace alone through Faith alone in Jesus Christ alone as Scripture alone.
4. Believes in and supports justice, integrity, accountability, Transparency, and stewardship.
5. Stand for unconditional love for mankind, through compassion and charitable works.
6. Upholds and Cherishes Lutheran Values regarding the Word of God and the Holy Sacraments, as the expressed in the confessions of the Evangelical Lutheran Church.
